Music to be used in Soundtracks for Government Promotional Videos

Recorded Music – The Province is seeking artists who have recordings in a variety of genres and styles to be licensed for promotional videos created by the Province for the purpose of marketing PEI and various activities and projects. Music PEI members with past recordings of their own music (not covers) are encouraged to complete the submission form and become part of a database to be used by the province for these videos/projects. Each project will be assessed individually and songs selected by the Province. Licensing fees will be negotiated by the Province for each project. You must be a PEI resident to qualify for this database. Only those artists selected will be contacted. Send your submissions here.

Composers and Original Scored Music – The Province is seeking composers of original music to create scores for specific projects to be licensed indefinitely royalty-free for non-commercial use in government videos that promote or inform the audience about government initiatives, programs and services. Videos will be distributed to social media channels. Music will be used in a variety of videos and should include an option to receive stems and alternates cuts and lengths. Music PEI members with past experience in creating new music compositions and scores are encouraged to complete the submission form and become part of a database to be used by the province for these videos. Each project will be assessed individually and composers selected by the Province. Licensing fees will be negotiated by the Province for each project. Only those artists selected by the Province will be contacted. Send your submissions here.
