PEI Government Composer Database Open for Submissions

Music PEI is proud to partner with the Government of PEI to create a new database of composers for original music to be used in soundtracks for government promotional videos.

The Province is seeking composers of original music to be licensed for promotional videos created by the Province for the purpose of marketing PEI and various activities and projects. Music PEI members with past experience in creating new music are encouraged to complete the submission form and become part of a database to be used by the province for these videos. Each project will be assessed individually and composers selected by the Province. Licensing fees will be negotiated by the Province for each project.

The initial deadline for submissions to the Composer Database is August 12. You must be a Music PEI member to submit. If you are not currently a Music PEI member, you can create an Artist Account here. If your account has expired please login and renew it. You must be a PEI resident to qualify for this database.

The submission form can be found HERE.
