Performance Opportunity at The Guild in 2008
The Guild is facing 2008 with much anticipation as we plan to build on significant successes during 2007, not the least of which is working with our Tourism partners to accommodate those traveling to PEI who are looking for ?PEI entertainment experiences?.
To that end, The Guild is building a list of Island entertainers who are interested in entertaining conference delegates, either as a solo show or as part of a collaboration with others. The Guild will book all aspects of the event and provide a quote to the client.
The details of each event are (obviously) not known at this time, but please review the general guidelines for these opportunities:
Venue: The Guild, Charlottetown
Technician provided by The Guild
Dates: As requested by client(s) – will vary
Times: Most often early evening; probably for a 1 ? 2.5 hr performance ? may vary
Entertainment: An ?Island? Experience ? music, dance, comedy, storytelling, theatre, etc.
If you are interested and available, based on the above information, this is what we require from you:
? Your fee for a solo show
? Your fee for a collaborative show (1 of 2 – 3 entertainers for one show) and the willingness to work with others.
? Your assurance that you can respond within a 2-day timeframe to The Guild regarding your availability for specific request date.
? Your preferred contact information: name & method
? Your technical requirements ? be complete with this, please.
NOTE: The conference organizers make the final decision based on their budgets/allowance.
