About
Alanna Jankov is a folk singer-songwriter whose music blends humour, heart, and homegrown storytelling.
Born in Nova Scotia and based on PEI, Alanna’s songs reflect a life lived with intention, laughter, and a deep love for family, community, and the land that raised her. Whether she’s singing about childhood summers on Caribou Island, her three small dogs, or the quirks of late-in-life love, her writing invites listeners to smile, reflect, and maybe even sing along. Alanna is currently recording her debut album — a collection of songs that walk the line between sentimental and cheeky, with strong roots in Maritime folk tradition.
