Accessing Your New Account

Members with existing accounts can access their membership and profile options using these instructions.

All Members

Follow these simple steps to get access to your account:

  1. Visit the Forgot Password page to enter the username or email address you used on the previous version of the website.
  2. A Password Reset email will be sent to you with a link to follow. (Don’t see the email? Be sure to check your spam/junk folder.)
  3. Use the Password Reset form to create a new password and submit it.
  4. Login with your new password. (When logging in for the first time you’ll be prompted to edit your profile with your latest details. Not all profile info was preserved so things like a new profile image and social links will be needed in your new profile.)

For Band Members

After following the steps for All Members, the primary band member for a Band Membership can invite up to 10 sub-members to create accounts at no additional fee. To do this, the primary user needs to:

  1. Login and choose Manage Band Members found in the top User Menu.
  2. Click the Invite Users button to add a band member’s email then click Send Invitation. Repeat this for each member.
  3. You will then find options for resending and regenerating invite codes, and deleting band members when your lineup changes.

Note: Invitations will be emailed to your band members with a link to create an account. They won’t be listed in the Directory but their account will allow them to log in to vote for Music PEI Awards.
