He can seen regularly at local venues, camera in hand, capturing images of PEI's musicians. Over the years, PixbyLorne is proud to have been referred to as "The musician who plays the camera".

Prolific and dedicated to his craft., PixbyLorne has covered events all across the Island. Some of these include include; Music PEI's May Run Weekend, Island & off Island ECMA's, Contact East, Festival of Small Halls, Charlottetown Jazz & Blues Festival, The Dunk and The Indian River Festival. He has also covered performances at a wide variety of venues including; The Guild, The Mack, Harmony House, Harbourside Theatre, Victoria Playhouse, Trailside Caf, Kings Playhouse, The Confederation Centre of the Arts, Back Alley Music, The Old Belle River Church, Got Blues Jam, Solid Rock Caf.

His work supporting PEI musicians and events can be seen monthly in The BUZZ and regularly on the websites of The Guild, Indian River Festival, The BUZZ, Music PEI, as well as Saltscapes Magazine. Lorne has been nominated for Music PEI Visual Artist of the Year five times and was the recipient of this honour in 2012, 2013, 2014, 215.

PixbyLorneS images have been used ON CD's, posters and other promotional materials. Artists who have used his images include; Catherine MacLellan, Vishten, Gordie MacKeeman & His Rhythm Boys, Katie McGarry, Dan Currie, Ashley Condon, Richard Wood, Meaghan Blanchard, Tim Chaisson, Kelley Mooney, Glen Strickey, John Connolly, Emma Doucette, Teresa Doyle, Larque, Plain Dirty Blues Band, Got Blues, Chris Field, Cynthia MacLeod, Collette Cheverie, Bryson Guptil, Bryan J. As part of the 2010 through 2015 Music PEI Awards Week, the Lynn Grishko Memorial Bursary has been presented in memory of my late Wife who was always a strong advocate for Women in her community. The award is intended to assist the career of a female musician who is living and working on the Island and I am proud to be the sponsor.
